Elevate Kids is using a platform called Pledge It to help raise funds in combination with the Elevate Kids Fun Run.

This platform allows anyone to join and fundraise on their own, create or join a team or simply make a donation.

We’d love for each of you to do one or all of the following:

1 – Create your own profile.
2 – Create your own team or join a team.
3 – Make a donation.
4 – Share this platform with your contacts and encourage them to do one or all of these steps.

Below are instructions to help you complete the above steps.

To make a donation:

1. Visit https://charity.pledgeit.org/ElevateKids
2. Click the “Donate” button.
3. Click in the “Search fundraisers or teams…” field to credit your donation to an individual fundraiser or team.
   1. Select where to credit your donation and click “Continue”.
   2. Follow the prompts to make your donation.
4. Or click “Make a general donation”
   1. Follow the prompts to make your donation.

To become a fundraiser:

1. Visit https://charity.pledgeit.org/ElevateKids
2. Click the “Fundraise” button.
3. Click “Fundraise on my own”
4. Enter your email address. Click the green arrow.
5. Enter your first name, last name and a password.
6. Click Create account.
7. Set your personal fundraising goal.
8. Click Next.
9. Upload your profile photo or click “Skip this step”.
10. Tell your donors about yourself and why you are fundraising for Elevate Kids (you can use the default text in this field if you want to.)
11. Click Next.
12. Upload your page cover photo or click “Skip this step”.
13. Send out invites to your contacts asking them to donate.

To join a team:

1. Visit https://charity.pledgeit.org/ElevateKids
2. Click the “Fundraise” button.
3. Click “Join a team”.
4. Enter your email address. Click the green arrow.
5. If you already have created a profile skip this step.
   1. Enter your first name, last name and a password.
   2. Click Create account.
6. Click in the “Search teams…” field to find a team to join.
   1. Select which team you want to join.
   2. Click the “Next” button.
7. Set your personal fundraising goal.
8. Click Next.
9. Upload your profile photo or click “Skip this step”.
10. Tell your donors about yourself and why you are fundraising for Elevate Kids (you can use the default text in this field if you want to.)
11. Click Next.
12. Upload your page cover photo or click “Skip this step”.
13. Send out invites to your contacts asking them to donate.

To create a team:

1. Visit https://charity.pledgeit.org/ElevateKids
2. Click the “Fundraise” button.
3. Click “Create a team”.
4. Enter your email address and click the green arrow.
5. Create a password.
6. Click “Create Account”.
7. Set you individual fundraising goal.
8. Click Next.
9. Enter you team name and set your team fundraising goal.
10. Click Next.
11. Add your profile picture or click “Skip this step”.
12. Tell your donors about your team and why you are fundraising for Elevate Kids (you can use the default text in this field if you want to.)
13. Click Next.
14. Upload a team cover photo or click “Skip this step”.
15. Send out invites to your contacts asking them to donate.
