Mel’s Training Ride – May 25, 2020

This morning I got out for a short 90 minute ride. I am tired from the 2 big back to back days over the weekend so I took it a little easier on my ride today.

I haven't even attempted to run and test out the leg in about 4 days. I'm trying my best to be patient and let it heal. This is hard for me and trying my patience. I'm afraid that once I can run again it will be hard to get back into it.

I hope this isn't the case. Only time will tell.
