Training – June 30, 2020

This morning both of us got out for a run. Today I ran 2 three mile stretches with 1/2 miles walks in between! Finally upping the mileage! And again no hip or glute pain today! Lot's of quad soreness though after running down Tin Cup Pass on Sunday.
