Training Run – May 17, 2020

Today's run was cut short of our goal of 20 miles. Melinda has been battling achilles tendon pain (which has gotten less!) and also what feels like a pinched nerve or something out of place. Today it was the worst it has been and at 12 miles she decided to call it a day. Doug also didn't have the greatest of runs due to the pain behind a knee that he experienced most of the run. We collectively decided to call it at 12 miles.
