Training Run/Walk and Swim – June 22, 2020

This morning I got out for another run/walk. I increased my mileage to 6 miles running and 2 miles walking. It felt great and I had no pain in my glute. I get to do the same workout on Wednesday and I'm hopeful that I will again have no pain.

In the late afternoon I went to the pool. Upon arrival I discovered that I had forgotten my aqua jogging belt so I decided to swim laps. It was definitely a good workout however it taxed my right shoulder which has been bothering me slightly since earlier this spring when I endo'd on my bike and fell in cactus.

Doug got out for a run/walk with me this morning for part of the time before he had to get back home and get ready for work.
