Training Run/Walk – June 24, 2020

This morning I had a great run/walk! I tried to focus more on enjoying the moment and the run instead of any potential aches and pains. I had no hip or glute pain the entire time! I ran 6 miles and walked 2 miles.

Prior to my run I did my strength training workout with our coach. It was a good workout and today has been amazing so far! We had a radio interview over the lunch hour and Hal Elrod shared our documentary promo video on Facebook!
