This morning I got out early for my run/walk. It was good and once again I didn't have any hip or glute pain however my left IT band was tight and hurting. I need to get that too loosen up.
This afternoon I got out (even though I didn't want to) and ran on the Arc Trainer for 20 minutes followed by Aqua Jogging for 42 minutes.
