For training today we did another 2-a-day and on our morning run we did hypoxic training for 3 miles. The benefit of hypoxic training is that it simulates altitude training without being at altitude. Hypoxic training basically trashes your capillary beds and then you rebuild them which increases blood flow and endurance.
