Training Walk/Run – June 18, 2020

This morning I got out for my walk/run. I got to run 1.5 miles at a time with 1/2 mile walks in between for a total of 6 miles. I had slight glute pain today unfortunately. It's definitely been a roller coaster of feeling better than feeling pain.
