Training Walk/Run! – June 6, 2020
This morning I got to get back out running! I am easing back into running to see how the glute feels. I walked a mile then ran a mile back and forth for 6.5 miles. The first mile I could feel the glute pain slightly. The 2nd mile I still felt it but it felt more like a sore muscle. The third mile I didn't feel it. The entire time running I felt my hip soreness. It's back 🙁 so I have more work to do.
I also got to test our new rain coat and pants! It started raining really hard about 3 miles into the run so I pulled out the rain gear and tested it. I was impressed with how comfortable it was and how well it breathed. Definitely happy with our purchase from Inov-8!
