Training Walk/Run – June 20, 2020

This morning Doug and I got out together for a walk/run! It was Doug's first time back running after breaking his wrist. The wrist felt pretty good until about the last 1/2 mile! Doug hasn't taken any pain medication for 5 days now!

During the walk/run my left glute felt pretty good with very slight pain only 5 or 6 times for a few seconds each time! My lower back was bothering me a little on the left side part of the run and my left hip bothered me the last mile and a half. Overall I feel like things are getting better!
